MEAL PLAN

Meals specifically planned to help you meet your fitness goals.  These are NOT suggestions!  The food choices and meal compositions are derived from a 30 minute nutrition consult (included in the price of this plan).  Adhere to your meal plan for 4 weeks for best results!

NUTRITION GUIDE

If adhering to a meal plan is too strict a requirement, this option may be for you.  A list of acceptable foods is developed during your consult, and you have the flexibility to choose from a menu that targets healthy levels of:

  • Protein

  • Carbohydrates

  • Fats

  • Water Intake

FITNESS COACHING

​This is an overall approach to wellness based on your initial consultation.  This 4 week plan, accessible through my fitness app, includes:

  • An Exercise Plan

  • Food Guide

  • Hydration Goals

  • Thought for Meditation/Reflection

Payments

All payments are due at the beginning of each 30 day coaching period. 

Initial Consultation

Your fitness plan will be created AFTER our first conversation.  Click here to download and complete this brief assessment before the initial consultation.  

 

Check-Ins

If you have a Fitness Coaching Plan, it is your responsibility to upload progress pics into my training app, and schedule 1 check-in per month.  These sessions are virtual, but can be in person training sessions if we agree.  

 

Check-ins must be completed within each 30 day coaching period and will be lost if not used within this time.

Setting Proper Expectations

Please remember that results take time and vary with individuals.  Your body type, level of consistency within the program, and other factors may play a role in your rate of transformation.  Be patient with yourself, and trust the process!
